‍All Spectators who enter Bartle Convention Center must have a wristband. This pass will give you full access throughout the tournament including Friday through Monday.

**Players, Coaches and Team Admin who are registered for the tournament will receive a tournament credential at team check in.

**Due to the large crowds at the Convention Center for pick up on the first day of play we HIGHLY encourage spectators who are staying in a downtown hotel to swing by the Center on Friday to pick-up wristband**

**ALL TOURNAMENT PASSES MUST BE PURCHASED ONLINE ONLY - ONLY DAY PASSES WILL BE AVALAIBLE FOR SALE ON SITE DURING THE EVENT (in 2205/2206 $20 adult/$15 student/senior)** - SHARE THIS INFO WITH YOUR FAMILIES ON YOUR TEAM.

Price: $20 one way, $35 round trip

‍Our popular shuttle service from the KC airport to the Convention Center is back! Purchase a round trip ticket and solve your transportation when you arrive on Friday, Feb. 14, and secure your trip back to the airport on Monday, Feb. 17.

Friday: Triple Crown staff will welcome you at the terminal and guide you to the shuttle stop where they will scan your QR code and line you up for the next available bus. The first shuttle from KCI to Bartle Hall starts at 10 a.m. with service continuing until 8 p.m. First come, first served. You may have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for your bus upon arrival.

Monday: Shuttles begin leaving the Convention Center for the airport at 11 a.m. and run through 6 p.m. Triple Crown will provide a storage room (not supervised) for luggage on Monday at the Convention Center. You can wait for the bus inside at Lobby 2100 (across the street from luggage holding which is located in rooms 2202 and 2203.

We schedule busses based on the number of preorders, so that is the only way to guarantee a seat

‍Refund Policy: Refunds will be given up to February 1st.
Day of, if there's a flight cancelation or extreme delay that prevents you from arriving in the allotted time for our shuttle service will consider a refund but all refunds will be handled on a case by case basis.

The LOVB Classic is the first-ever professional tournament to run alongside club play. Taking place in the Municipal Arena, LOVB Classic will bring the league’s six professional teams to Kansas City during Triple Crown Sports NIT. 2025 Invitation Protocols

1. If your club is ranked in the Top 50 of the 2024 USClub Rankings results over 5 years:
- Your No. 1 team in 14u through 18u receives a 2025 invite.
- Your 12u and 13u teams will be considered “top priority” for 2024.
NOTE: Clubs ranked in the Top 15 receive an invite for their No. 2 teams, 14u through 18u.

2. A 2025 invitation will be offered to teams with selected finishes in the Elite and Open Divisions of the 2023 TC NIT:-15u through 18u: Top 64
- 14u: Top 24
- 13u: Top 16
- 12u: Top 8

3. Automatic 2024 invitation for teams that qualify for USAV Open in 2024.

4. Automatic 2024 invitation for teams finishing in the Top 6 @ AAU Nationals in Open (14u through 17u Only).

5. Clubs that played in the 2014/2015 TC NIT in Salt Lake City, UT, are grandfathered into the event.

All other interested teams/clubs are waitlisted; if there is space remaining, we will consider waitlist teams as follows (no particular order):
- Priority given to clubs ranked No. 51-80 in the 2024 Club Rankings (over 5 years)
- No. 2 teams from clubs ranked No. 16-30
- Teams that won a championship at USAV or AAU Nationals (USA, National, American, and Premier Divisions)
- Top 2 teams who get to the championship of the Open Division at the 2024 Triple Crown West Coast Invitational in Sandy, Utah. (13u through 17u).

Sunday, Feb. 18 at the TC NIT marks our inaugural “Support Women in Sports” day, which offers attendees a chance to embrace the task of finding and growing opportunities for women in the world of sports.

The goal of this initiative is to celebrate and demonstrate support and encouragement to ALL of our female athletes and coaches at the most competitive youth volleyball tournament in the country.

How will this look?
‍Athletes are encouraged to use the Support Women in Sport temporary tattoos that will be handed out at the airport Friday and onsite at the tournament. Teams are also encouraged to wear peach or teal (hair ties, hair ribbons, shoelaces, etc.) to express support for this movement!

Other Activities
‍Sign the Board
We have a giant Support Women in Sports board that ALL female athletes are able to sign and in return will get a FREE sticker featuring the Support Women in Sport logo! This board will be located in the KC Convention main lobby near the elevator entrance to the courts.

Raffle Basket Fundraiser
‍We will be selling raffle tickets onsite ($5 each/$15 for four) for baskets and donations from Triple Crown NIT vendors and sponsors. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the local Women Leaders in Sports an organization focused on helping females find and develop careers within the sports industry.
